With more than three decades of experience, OBide has built a reputation for reliable woven fabric manufacturing and integrated textile processing. We focus not only on production, but on the processes behind it — working closely with partners to deliver consistent quality, technical stability, and long-term value across the textile supply chain.

HISTORY

Built on consistency, scale, and long-term focus

  1. 1992

    A factory gate and entranceA factory gate and entrance
    OBide was founded on September 18, 1992, with the establishment of its dyeing factory: four production lines and an annual processing capacity of approximately 60 million meters of fabric, the foundation of its expertise in dyeing and textile finishing.

  2. 1997

    A factory building at its entranceA factory building at its entrance
    OBide established its first fabric weaving factory, with 200 water-jet looms and an annual production capacity of approximately 12 million meters of fabric, marking its entry into large-scale woven fabric manufacturing.

  3. 2002

    OBide expanded its fabric weaving with 248 Toyota air-jet looms and complete upstream preparation systems, including sizing, sectional warping, and doubling and twisting equipment, raising annual output to over 24 million meters while improving production stability and efficiency.

  4. 2018

    OBide upgraded its dyeing and finishing with 136 dyeing machines, 12 stenter frames and new functional finishing systems, establishing 12 production lines with an annual processing capacity of 240 million meters of fabric and strengthening consistency, efficiency and performance at scale.

    OBide launched its trading department to expand its global footprint, bringing together international expertise to strengthen partnerships, broaden market reach and support long-term collaboration with customers worldwide.

    OBide is building a modern headquarters centered on intelligent dyeing and finishing technologies, designed for clean production, automation and advanced textile systems that improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact, with a planned annual capacity of 300 million meters of fabric under strict environmental standards.
