With a fully integrated production system, OBide combines advanced weaving, dyeing, and finishing technologies into a cohesive manufacturing workflow. From pre-weaving preparation to precision finishing, our operations ensure process stability, production efficiency, and consistent fabric performance. Supported by proprietary process technologies and patented solutions, we continue to invest in modern equipment and process control to enable scalable manufacturing and maintain the technical reliability required for long-term global partnerships.

FABRIC WEAVING

Our weaving operations are supported by a complete pre-weaving preparation workflow, including two Toyota warping and sizing lines, one Tsudakoma sizing machine, as well as yarn doubling and twisting processes. This integrated preparation capability ensures stable yarn performance, uniform sizing quality, and reliable conditions for high-speed weaving.

The weaving department is equipped with 248 Toyota air-jet looms, offering multiple fabric widths of 190 cm, 210 cm, and 230 cm, with four-nozzle and multi-arm configurations. This production capacity enables an annual fabric output of over 24 million meters, delivering consistent quality, efficiency, and repeatability across a wide range of fabric constructions.

DYEING & FINISHING

Our dyeing department operates a total of 136 dyeing machines, supported by comprehensive auxiliary equipment to handle a wide range of fabric types and performance requirements. The dyeing setup includes overflow, airflow, jet, and winch dyeing machines, providing flexible processing solutions for both knitted and woven fabrics.

Complementing the dyeing operations, the department is equipped with 12 stenter frames for heat-setting and finishing control, as well as digital printing and functional finishing technologies including coating and lamination. These integrated capabilities allow us to deliver fabrics with consistent quality and application-specific performance characteristics.
